Dr Hiva Rastegar is a Lecturer in International Business. She teaches across MBA, postgraduate, and undergraduate programmes in sustainability, international business, and management. Her research focuses on how businesses respond strategically to global sustainability challenges, including climate change, resource pressures, and the transition to renewable energy, with publications in leading A and A* journals. Her work is driven by an interest in how firms can align strategy with sustainability to create long-term value for both business and society.
